This wasn’t what I expected – Good or Bad?
The room was pristine with luxurious features and an instant hot water supply! The unbeatable rooftop view of the city and volcanoes added to my relaxing experience.
While I adored the location, I found the laundry service prices a bit steep for the quality offered.

During my three-night stay as a solo traveler, I was thoroughly impressed by the excellent kitchen facilities and the breathtaking views from the rooftop terrace. I found it very convenient to explore local attractions. the vibrant Plaza de los Ponchos and Bolivar Square were just a short walk away. The private room I stayed in was incredibly comfortable and well-maintained, making my visit both relaxing and enjoyable.

Comfortable private room with a decent bathroom. Location close to local spots and markets.
Laundry service charges are high for the quality and weight. The breakfast timing was late due to group schedules, making it inconvenient. A noisy group disrupted the peace during the night, affecting sleep.

the breakfast was so 'delicious', only available at 10am after the noisy event last night. and don't get me started on the laundry service, USD for 1.30kgs, and they said it was 2kgs, what a joke! i expected a room upgrade for this level of service, but no special treatment was offered, how disappointing.
